Interest first. Payment later.
SoftFrame starts with context, fit, and timing. Free meetup updates and RSVPs do not collect payment. Guided Build, Build Studio, and Advisory begin with a consultation or fit check before a payment link is sent.
Class policies
These notes explain the current launch-stage approach for class payment, refunds, transfers, participation, consent, and privacy. They are written to help students decide clearly before a paid link is ever sent.
SoftFrame starts with context, fit, and timing. Free meetup updates and RSVPs do not collect payment. Guided Build, Build Studio, and Advisory begin with a consultation or fit check before a payment link is sent.
If a paid path looks useful, SoftFrame will confirm the format, timing, expectations, and current price before sending a secure payment link. You should understand what you are joining before you pay.
If you need to change plans, reply as early as possible. We try to move you into a better-fitting session before treating it as a cancellation. Refund and transfer options depend on the class path, notice window, and whether seats, session time, or materials have already been reserved.
Some sessions may include live participation, shared work, small-group feedback, or in-person attendance. Before a confirmed class, students may be asked to review participation expectations, safety notes, and consent language.
SoftFrame uses form details to respond, route the right next step, manage class operations, and send requested updates. We do not use student submissions, names, screenshots, or project details as public examples without permission.
Students should avoid submitting private passwords, confidential client data, or sensitive personal information through public forms. If a project has sensitive details, share the safer version first and ask how to handle the rest.
Before payment
For Guided Build, Build Studio, and Advisory, use the form to ask about fit, timing, setup, refund/transfer expectations, or the amount of support you need. If the path is not right yet, SoftFrame can route you to a lighter next step.
